My Wife Belongs To The Kitchen And Other Rooms- President Muhammadu Buhari

The news buzzing on our raider is the interview BBC had with President Mohammadu Buhari’s wife. She mentioned 5 major things that spooked Nigerians. They are;

“I have decided as his wife, that if things continue like this up to 2019, I will not go out and campaign again and ask any woman to vote like I did before. I will never do it again.”
“The president does not know 45 out of 50, for example, of the people he appointed and I don’t know them either, despite being his wife of 27 years.”
“Some people are sitting down in their homes folding their arms only for them to be called to come and head an agency or a ministerial position.”
“You will know them [the people who hijacked Buhari’s government] if you watch television.”
On whether the president was in charge, she said: “That is left for the people to decide.”

  These statement simply shows how disorganised situations are. Even the wife of the president can not vouch properly for the administration her husband runs. From her statement she is telling us that President Mohammadu Buahri cant identify those he put in charge to run the affairs of the nation. Are we not in trouble? It seems like the wife of the president is trying to get a clean slate.

Meanwhile news has it that president Muhammadu Buhari laughed off saying, ‘I don’t know which party my wife belongs to, but she belongs to my kitchen and my living room and the other room’

This is not a matter to laugh at because their opinions conflicts each other, does he mean to say that his wife has no business with the affairs of the nation? It is high time Nigerians open their inner minds to understand the truth of the matter, there is chaos and we are oblivious to the fact. It might as well be another scheme to distract us from the primary issue going in Nigeria.
