Lagos State government acknowledges Late Doctor Stella Adadevoh, the hero who put down her life for Nigeria, to fight the ebola virus in 2014.
Few months ago, the Lagos state government put out billboards which included pictures of Nigerian citizens who have contributed to the success of the country to celebrate Lagos State at 50 years. It was noted that the picture of Dr. Stella Adadevoh was excluded and Nigerians reacted to this by spreading a photoshopped picture of her on the board.
It appears that the Lagos State Government has bowed to pressure as they have nearly completed a painting of her on a wall opposite the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital.
According to Nigerians, she is responsible for the good health of Nigeria.
