Cristiano Ronaldo has told reporters what his reaction would be like if he should score in the UEFA Champions League game between Manchester United and Juventus.
On his last visit to Old Trafford his former home, Ronaldo refused to jubikate when he scored for his former team Real Madrid.
According to the Portuguese, he will not jubilate peradventure he scores in tonight’s game against United.
“My reaction will be the same,” he said.
The star player who moved to Juventus from Madrid last summer shared a picture of himself in Old Trafford where he appreciated the welcome he received.
”Thanks for the warm welcome. Always feel at home here”, he captioned the picture.
Ronaldo also spoke to the media for the first time concerning a rape allegation leveled against him. A Kathryn Mayorga accused the player of raping her when they met at a Las Vegas hotel in 2009. The accusation has however been denied by the player.
“I know I am an example, 100 per cent. On the pitch and off the pitch. I’m a happy man. We did the statement two weeks ago.
“Of course I’m not going to lie on this situation. My lawyers are confident and of course I am too.
“The most important thing is that I enjoy football and enjoy life. I have people who take care of my life. The true always come in the first position.”
He few days ago released a statement through his lawyer Peter Christiansen who said “Ronaldo is forced to break his silence”.
“Once again, for the avoidance of doubt, Cristiano Ronaldo’s position has always been, and continues to be, that what happened in 2009 in Las Vegas was completely consensual.”
