A Nigerian lady with tribal marks has taken to Twitter in an attempt to get the attention of US singer, Rihanna. According to the lady who has plans to model for Rihanna’s Fenty brand, her tribal marks can’t be an obstacle to attaining her dream.
”I have been doing this campaign to get through
@rihanna on all my social media handle… Yeah.. I have tribal marks and want to model for her. I need my Nigerian peeps to help get through to her. Please.”
The lady whose dad is from Eruwa (Oyo State) and her mom is from Ondo State, also tweeted about how the tribal marks were some kind of stigma while growing up.
”It’s not easy growing up with Tribal marks…. The bullying was much though it hasn’t stopped yet… I still get insulted whenever I go out. I want to thrive in what was meant to make me feel bad… I want to model for
@rihanna . It will be a dream come true.”

If this Nigerian lady gets Rihanna’s attention, then it won’t be the first time such will be happening between the singer and Nigeria.
Early this years, some little children in Ikorodu, Lagos state Nigeria got the attention of the singer. This was after she used one of their dancing videos to express how she felt upon discovering that she has emerged the first female artiste to cross 2 billion worldwide streams on Apple music. Rihanna wrote:
”when I found out that I was the first female artist to cross 2 billion worldwide streams on Apple Music!
God is too lit!!!!”
