Russia Reveals Huge Ballistic Missiles In Victory Day Parades
Huge ballistic missiles, armoured tanks and thousands of soldiers have taken to the streets of Moscow to display Russia’s military might. The country is holding its annual Victory Day parades, which this year marks the 72nd anniversary of the capitulation of Nazi Germany in 1945. Vladimir Putin was joined by senior members of his government as Moscow’s Red Square was transformed into an impressive display of Russia’s military fire power. The day is held to remember the millions of Russians who lost their lives during World War Two. President Putin will lay flowers at the end of the parade to mark the sacrifice his countrymen made and the memorial to the Unknown Soldier in Red Square.
